Reflecting the brand’s commitment to efficiency and sustainability, the project, valued at an estimated $600,000, will encompass new construction work over a compact footprint of 1,000 square feet, according to the permit pulled by What Now Houston.

This streamlined approach aligns with Salad and Go’s business model, which emphasizes convenience without compromising on quality. The La Coste location, like its predecessors, is assumed to offer a menu rich in fresh salads, wraps, and healthy beverages, catering to the growing demand for healthier fast-food alternatives.

The establishment of the La Coste outlet comes at a time when Salad and Go is actively expanding its reach across various regions. The brand has been gaining recognition for its affordable, high-quality offerings that challenge the traditional fast-food industry norms. By opening in La Coste, Salad and Go is not just bringing its unique dining concept to a new community but also contributing to the local economy through job creation and business opportunities.

The project permitted for this new Salad and Go restaurant is slated to begin in April 2024, with an anticipated completion date in August 2024.
