Located at 13001 Interstate I-10 East in the Mont Belvieu Crossing center, the new café is set to open its doors on Dec. 4 at 7 a.m. To kick off the grand opening, the café will give away free breakfast for a year to three lucky winners in line.

The new restaurant is owned by Al and MarJuana Williams. The Williams were frequent customers of The Toasted Yolk and fell in love with the concept. When they became franchisees, there was no question where they wanted to develop their first store – Mont Belvieu.

“Our restaurant’s location on Interstate 10 in Mont Belvieu is halfway between Houston and Beaumont and strategically positions us to serve those traveling between the two cities as well as the communities of Mont Belvieu, Baytown, and West Chambers County,” said MarJuana Williams in a statement. “We are extremely excited to open our doors and invite everyone to discover their new favorite brunch spot and create a lasting contribution in a community we love so dearly.”

To celebrate the grand opening, The Toasted Yolk is contributing 10% of its opening-day sales to Barbers Hill Project Graduation Class of 2024, a nonprofit that supports local high schoolers and hosts drug- and alcohol-free lock-ins for graduating seniors. Additionally, the brand will offer a “Scrub Love” discount year-round, which includes half-off drinks for medical professionals in uniform or with a valid ID on Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

As real estate developers, the Williamses could not pass up the opportunity to help design the brand’s debut ground-up prototype alongside Toasted Yolk CEO Chris Milton.

The freestanding restaurant design maintains key elements like the classic green and yellow theme and high ceilings while introducing a new, expansive layout. The new layout at the Mont Belvieu location will serve as the basis for ground-up builds moving forward and includes features such as a modern bifold window that opens the patio to the bar – allowing guests to sit outside and still enjoy the inside atmosphere.

The Toasted Yolk features a twist on traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch classics, accompanied by full-bar service. The new contemporary café will also feature an expansive patio, eight TVs and convenient online ordering. The Mont Belvieu store will serve the community every day from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Toasted Yolk offers breakfast, brunch and lunch experience. With favorites like its Churro Donuts, Cowboy Scramble, West Coast Arnold and Club Sandwich. Guests can enjoy a full bar with everything from classic mimosas, frozen Bellinis and Bloody Marys to Rise ‘N’ Shine Punch and Jackie’s Morning Rita.
