Black Line Coffee owner Jonny Boulos and his business partner, Cody Vaughn, have years of experience in the hospitality industry. “We are aspiring to be an artisan donut and coffee shop,” Boulos said.

Both are from the local area. “We’re very big in community outreach and community work,” Boulos said. “We’re making lots of effort to be sustainable—recycle and compost, as well as support local things.”

The menu will include a scratch brioche donut and seasonal cake donuts. Black Line Coffee has also partnered with local coffee roaster, Comeback Coffee.

Boulos told What Now Houston the new restaurant concept is tentatively set to open at 203 E. Nasa Pkwy. in Webster in late November or early December.
