Coffee lovers and donut enthusiasts can look forward to enjoying their favorite treats at 10201 Broadway St, Pearland, TX 77584, and 1106 Silber Rd, Houston, TX 77055. The expansion signifies Dunkin’s commitment to serving the Houston community with fresh, quality products and an inviting atmosphere.
The new Pearland location will undergo an extensive interior buildout within an existing vacant tenant space. With an estimated cost of $400,000, the 1,720-square-foot project will transform the space into a modern Dunkin’ Donuts outlet.
Meanwhile, the Silber Road location in Houston will also see a similar investment of $400,000 for its renovation and alteration. The interior buildout of the 2,587-square-foot space is designed to create a welcoming environment for customers seeking their morning coffee fix or an afternoon snack.
HZ Coffee Group’s strategic expansion underscores the growing demand for Dunkin’ Donuts in the Houston area. By choosing prime locations and investing in quality renovations, the group is set to enhance the local coffee culture and provide convenient access to Dunkin’s renowned menu.
Both locations are expected to have their project completed by the end of August 2024.
