Drake’s Hollywood, which already boasts locations in Dallas’ Highland Park and West Hollywood, CA is a tribute to the timeless allure of Hollywood’s Golden Era. The venue melds sophisticated cuisine and expertly curated cocktails with a vibrantly vintage ambiance, making it a versatile destination for both intimate and lively gatherings. The upcoming Houston location promises to maintain the charm and grandeur that have distinguished its predecessors, offering guests an immersive experience in an environment characterized by amber hues, sumptuous burgundy leather banquettes, and original artworks commemorating Hollywood icons.

Culinary aficionados will delight in Drake’s diverse food program, which emphasizes premium steaks, notably wagyu and prime cuts, alongside a selection of Melrose cracker-crust pizzas and quintessential American classics. Signature dishes include the Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice, Ozzy’s Pizza featuring filet mignon and truffle oil, Pasta Za Za, a bone-in New York Strip, and the exquisite A5 Japanese Wagyu with white truffle butter. Dessert enthusiasts aren’t left behind, with options like the 24 Layer Strawberry Cake and Chocolate Silk Pie, while the bar offers an extensive wine list and cocktails inspired by iconic Hollywood establishments, not to mention Vandelay’s famed “World’s Coldest Martinis.”

Hudson House, an East Coast-inspired concept, has garnered a dedicated following since its inception in Dallas in 2017, and it currently operates four locations across Dallas-Fort Worth, with a recent addition in Beverly Hills, CA. Hudson House specializes in timeless American and coastal dishes, featuring a raw bar with fresh East Coast oysters, an all-American menu, and indulgent favorites like Lobster Roll and Steak Frites. Guests can also enjoy the signature Weekend Brunch and legendary Happy Hour.

These new locations signify Vandelay Hospitality Group’s continued commitment to delivering diverse and meticulously crafted dining experiences across major US cities. The group’s impressive portfolio includes various brands, each providing a unique, timeless experience that goes beyond dining, also including D.L. Mack’s, Brentwood, East Hampton, Slider & Blues, and Anchor Sushi Bar.
