The concept is coming to Katy by way of Mike and Marit Gabriel, who always wanted to open a Filipino restaurant. According to a Patis & Toyo Facebook post, their goal is to provide guests with an affordable and delightful Filipino dining experience “in a clean and modern Filipiniana vibe setting oozing with ambience.”

Fresh ingredients will be used in Patis & Toyo dishes, which will feature all-time favorite classic Filipino dishes such as Abodo, Kare-kare, Sisig, and Sinigang.

If all goes according to schedule, the family-friendly restaurant will open at 23220 Grand Cir Blvd., Ste. 160 in Katy in March of 2023.
