One location at 8828 Barker Cypress Rd. in Cypress could open next spring, while a second location planned for 10201 Katy Fwy., Ste. 200 in Houston could open in the summer of 2023.

PINCHO has 10 Florida spots and showcases “the uniqueness of South Florida,” according to the PINCHO website. PINCHO is an award-winning restaurant concept that is inspired by memories of Latin street food elevated into modern-day culinary creations.

PINCHO uses fresh, high-quality ingredients to deliver a delicious menu. Options include a number of burgers such as the Perfecto Burger topped with Provolone cheese, caramelized onions, potato sticks, and cilantro sauce. For plates, you can choose a protein, then sides and a sauce.

Bowls, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and of course, kebabs are also on the menu. For kebabs, you can choose chicken, shrimp, steak, or a PINCHO Trio and your choice of sauce.

PINCHO partnered with Mercato Partners’ Savory Fund, which is now working to develop the brand.
