“We tried it in Las Vegas, and it worked pretty well. So, I decided to open one in Houston, and we have a plan for Austin, as well,” Kim said. “We are doing very well, and hopefully, that will continue in the Texas market.”

The high-end Korean barbecue restaurant is planned to open at 23220 Grand Circle Blvd., Ste. 180, Katy, TX 77449 in the first quarter of 2023. “Most of Korean barbecue, the customer cooks. But at our restaurant, our staff cooks,” Kim said.

Diners can peruse the menu and choose from dozens of meat options including beef, chicken, pork, and seafood. Sides include Kimchi Stew, Cold or Spicy Noodle, Kimchi Fried Rice, Cheese Fondue, and more. The new restaurant will also feature a full bar and a patio.
