With an estimated cost of $800,000, the new construction spanning 588 square feet will feature a modular built ground-up design, specifically tailored for Swig’s unique offerings, including a drive-thru to cater to the bustling demand for its refreshing beverages.

But the excitement doesn’t stop in Atascocita. Swig is also dedicating attention to its existing location at 6405 Garth Rd #100, Baytown, Texas, with a significant remodel. With an investment of $250,000, the Baytown branch is undergoing a comprehensive renovation and alteration to enhance the customer experience. The scope of work includes the construction of a unisex restroom, a small beverage service area, and an access ramp to the public way, ensuring accessibility for all. Covering an area of 1,889 square feet, this remodel aims to breathe new life into the space, making it more inviting and efficient for patrons.

The Atascocita project is slated to start in April 2024 and aims for a swift completion by June 2024, promising a quick turnaround to quench the local community’s thirst with the Baytown remodel project following the same timeline.
