“We have decided to expand because the concept is working for us and we believe our food speaks for itself,” Owner Henna Nasir told What Now Houston. This expansion isn’t stopping in just Houston, as a Uvalde location is also in the works, she told us.

The brand’s catchphrase is “Spice Up Your Life,” with good reason. Their mission was to bring that Louisiana heat to Texas, and they did just that. With quality ingredients at affordable prices, Cajun Street is a standout and gaining fans fast, thus the large expansion efforts. They offer both fried and grilled options along with Louisiana-flavor themed wings. Family size orders are also an available. Plus, they have their “favorites” to include Gumbo Yaya, Crawfish Pie, and Boudin Balls.

The Tomball locations will be ready “in a month or so” with Uvalde “opening in a few weeks.” Harrisburg Blvd’s location, however, has a permit filed with the state to begin its project in December 2023 with a finish in April 2024.
