Franchise Co-Owner John Reno is making significant strides in the pizza business as he prepares to open his second Crust Pizza location. Located at 13370 Farm to Market Rd 1488 #100, Magnolia, TX 77354, the new establishment will be strategically situated in a newly developed shopping center. This achievement aligns perfectly with Reno’s original goal of opening two Crust Pizza locations within a two-year timeframe.

Drawing upon his extensive experience in oil and gas project management, Reno has successfully steered the first Crust Pizza location to success since its launch in August 2022, situated in Houston Heights. With this valuable expertise, he is confident in his ability to replicate and build upon the triumph of the initial establishment.

Reno’s decision to venture into the pizza industry stems from a desire for a new challenge after co-owning and selling an indoor golf and sports bar establishment in 2020. For the next year, Reno plans to closely evaluate the performance of both Crust Pizza locations before making further expansion decisions. If successful, he will consider adding more locations to his franchise portfolio, capitalizing on the positive response received thus far.

The interior build-out is scheduled to commence around June 15, 2023 with a cost estimated at $400,000. The 2700-square-foot pizza shop is expected to open approximately in November 2023.
