Diners “will experience a wide array of complex flavors that will truly give your palate a new perception of taste,” according to the brand’s website. The menu consists of freshly prepared meats—pork, beef, chicken—plus seafood and vegetables. Traditional Korean ban-chan options, which are side-dishes, include kimchi, spicy radish, potato salad, and more.

Gen Korean BBQ waitstaff can recommend items and will then present them to the table. Guests can then cook marinated meats on a grill, which offers an interactive experience to diners.

The Korean barbecue restaurant currently has a Webster area location at 18299 Egret Bay Blvd., Ste. B, Houston and one at 3201 Louisiana St. in Houston, plus others in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
