Javed Husain is bringing a delicious double treat to Manvel with the opening of a Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery combo at 17221 Hwy 6 #106. Husain is excited to embark on this venture, having previously owned the same brand combination but wanted a location more convenient to his home. He has currently signed on for this single location and is thrilled to serve the community with cookies, ice cream, and more.
The project, estimated at a cost of $150,000, involves the construction of a 1,500-square-foot space dedicated to the sweet fusion of Great American Cookies and Marble Slab Creamery.
The new franchise is expected to bring a much-needed dessert haven to the area, offering a range of fresh-baked cookies and customizable ice cream creations. He is hopeful that the community will embrace the new spot and make it a go-to for family outings and special occasions.
Husain is working closely with his team to ensure the lease space build-out is ready in time for an anticipated opening in sometime in November 2024.
