While Paoinchantara and Deekae are no strangers to the Thai restaurant scene – owning two other popular Thai concepts in the region – Silk & Spice promises a distinctive twist. Unlike their previous establishments, this one is designed to offer a more premium dining experience. “We are aiming for a more upscale Thai restaurant,” Paoinchantara told What Now Houston, speaking of his newest creation.

While details about the menu remain under wraps, patrons should expect a curated selection of traditional Thai dishes with a possible contemporary twist. The presentation is anticipated to be as delightful as the flavors themselves given the elevated ambiance the siblings are working diligently to bring to life for the Cyrpess and surrounding communities.

With the track record that Paoinchantara and Deekae have, there’s little doubt that Silk & Spice will soon become a sought-after destination for Thai food aficionados and those looking for a unique dining experience.

The opening timeframe was currently unavailable, but the permit on file with the state shows the project to begin in November 2023 with a May 2024 completion. From the looks, it will be within a brand new facility that’s currently being constructed.
