PINCHO will open in a nearly 2,300-square-foot space at 9662 Hwy. 242, Ste. 1100 in Conroe, possibly sometime in the fall of 2023, according to a recent project filing.

PINCHO has about a dozen Florida spots and showcases “the uniqueness of South Florida,” according to the PINCHO website. PINCHO, which is inspired by memories of Latin street food, has other locations planned for Cypress and Houston.

The menu features dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients including a number of hamburgers, bowls, chicken sandwiches, and of course, kebabs. Burger choices include the Perfecto Burger, which is topped with Provolone cheese, caramelized onions, potato sticks, and cilantro sauce.

Kebab selections include chicken, shrimp, steak, or the PINCHO Trio with your choice of sauce. Diners can also enjoy plates that feature a protein and sides that include white rice and beans, roasted veggies, classic fries, and more.

PINCHO has partnered with Mercato Partners’ Savory Fund, which is now working to develop the brand.
